9th December 2016

The project "Sustainable tourist development – From Herzegovina trails to Dubrovnik Elafiti islands" is jointly implemented by: Entrepreneurship and Business Association LiNK Mostar in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Tourist Board of the City of Dubrovnik in Croatia. Local partners are Municipality of Ravno (BiH), ATA BiH – Adventure Tourism Association, OXFAM (BiH), Development Agency of the City of Dubrovnik DURA (Croatia), UHPA - Association of Croatian Travel Agencies (Croatia) and Kallipolis (Italy).
The Project identified and marked hiking and biking trails along the Via Dinarica Blue Route in the area of Popovo field, bordered by the municipalities of Ljubinje, Trebinje, Ravno and Neum, and in Croatia on the Elaphiti islands. Around the trails are mapped local resources - key points of interest in this area, in total 268 (hotels, motels, local households, restaurants, producers of traditional products, cultural and historical monuments, adventure activities like trekking, hiking, caving, kayaking, paragliding, hunting, natural sites ...) offering a complete tourist product to visitors and tourists.
